1989
Founded as the cooperative “Aukstumiekārtas”, starting its operations in the design and installation of cooling and refrigeration systems.
1991
Building on the cooperative’s foundation, NEO Ltd. was established to reinforce the company’s legal standing and future direction.
1993
Launched the production and wholesale of “NEO” brand ice cream and fresh juices.
1995
Established a Food Division to provide companies with food ingredients and technologies.
2002
Achieved ISO 9000:2001 certification – among the first companies in the industry to earn this recognition.
2004
Established the neomājas.lv division, offering sales and installation of seasonal wooden houses.
2005
Launched the neoshop.lv online store, taking the company into digital retail.
2006
Introduced a CRM system to enhance professional customer relationship management and service.
2009
Established the collector.lv division, specializing in collectible products.
2010
Started the construction of a new warehouse.
2011
Completed the warehouse construction, enhancing the company’s logistics capacity.
2016
Achieved FSSC 22000 certification for the food safety management system.
2017
Reorganized as a joint-stock company, furthering growth under a new corporate form.
2024
Neomājas started building residential homes, broadening its presence in the real estate sector.
